asian - tatsoi/tah tsai
Tah Tsai produces dark-green leaves with white stems which grow in a perfect rosette. Will add rich colour, mild flavour and nutrition to salads and stir-fries. Their size depends on spacing; spacing them to 15-30cm (6-12") apart is recommended. Tah tsai can be sown spring through fall to enjoy continuous harvests. Suitable for growing in containers, or growing for baby greens. Grown as a baby leaf vegetable, this plant produces succulent, tasty leaves that enliven salad mixes. Also known as tatsoi, Packet contains 50-60 seeds.
