This is a miniature pak choi, with dark green leaves and white stems.  Perfect for a single serving Asian style side dish, quickly sautéed or roasted. Also great for stir-fry and delicious raw. Also known as bok choy and chinese white cabbage. Best grown in cool weather, Toy choy is a great addition to both Spring and Fall gardens.
Can be sown weekly to ensure a continuous crop.    Packet contains 40-50 seeds.
