We've compiled our favourite herbs and veggies for use in Asian cuisine.

Garlic Chives/Kow Choi • 100 seeds
Garlic chives are a mainstay of any kitchen herb garden.
Both tasty and ornamental, chives are easy to grow and dependable.
Grow indoors or outdoors for year-round onion flavoring.
Use chopped leaves and young flowers to add flavor and decorative garnish to salads.

Bopak Choi • 40-50 seeds
Bopak is a tasty addition to Asian recipes and the tender, crisp leaves can be eaten raw in salads or sandwiches.
May be harvested as a baby Pak Choi as well as grown to full size.
The tender leaves and crisp sweet stalks are a tasty addition to Asian recipes or eaten raw.

Gai Lan/Chinese Broccoli • 50-60 seeds
Gai lan is easy to grow and delicious to eat.
Chinese broccoli is harvested when the flower stalks are 1-2cm thick, just before the flowers open.
The plant can be harvested several times, similar to a herb plant.
Gai lan also makes extremely nutritious sprouts and microgreens.
Commonly used in Chinese, Vietnamese and Burmese cuisine. Packet contains 50-60 seeds.

Tatsoi/Tah Tsai • 50 - 60 seeds
Tah Tsai produces dark-green leaves with white stems which grow in a perfect rosette.
Will add rich colour, mild flavour and nutrition to salads and stir-fries.
Their size depends on spacing; spacing them to 15-30cm (6-12") apart is recommended.
Tah tsai can be sown spring through fall to enjoy continuous harvests.
Suitable for growing in containers, or growing for baby greens.
Grown as a baby leaf vegetable, this plant produces succulent, tasty leaves that enliven salad mixes.

Toy Choi Pak Choi • 40-50 seeds
This is a miniature pak choi, with dark green leaves and white stems.
Perfect for a single serving Asian style side dish, quickly sautéed or roasted.
Also great for stir-fry and delicious raw.
Also known as bok choy and chinese white cabbage.
Best grown in cool weather, Toy choy is a great addition to both Spring and Fall gardens.
Can be sown weekly to ensure a continuous crop.

Snow Pea • 10 seeds
Avalanche is an excellent snow pea, very easy to harvest, crisp and sweet.
Tolerant to heat and grows well from late spring to autumn.
