sage
$3.75
Sage is a hardy perennial plant with wooly, gray-green leaves. Its leaves are commonly used to flavour meats and sauces. Sage goes well with pork, beef, duck and chicken recipes, and fatty meats in particular. In Italy it is commonly chopped, mixed with melted butter and served stirred into pasta or gnocchi. Burning sage or smudging, is a sacred spiritual practice in some First Nations cultures. Packet contains 50 seeds.
